Every year, over 50,000 tons of citrus pomace — the byproduct left after juicing — is discarded in Jeju. Citrus has been used as traditional medicine for centuries, and even the peel has long been brewed as tea. Yet once the juice is extracted, all that remaining value is simply thrown away.
JEJULABS was born from that sense of loss. We rediscover the essence hidden in what has been left behind, reinterpret its value, and bring it into people's everyday lives. That is why we exist.
Before asking what to make, we first ask why. We believe that when the reason is clear, the method and the result follow naturally.

A natural ingredient derived from citrus pomace left after juicing Jeju's pesticide-free citrus, using only water and heat through our proprietary distillation and extraction process.
